The Port of Hvide Sande is a TS-Free Harbor. This means that ships that are members of the Traditional Ships Association can use the free harbor scheme. To use a free berth, your ship must be registered on the TS vessel list and fly the TS flag (the virgin flag). A valid annual marker must also be carried on the front of the front mast.
The purpose of the Traditional Ships Association is to promote the preservation of older working vessels. They aim to increase the standard of seamanship, maintenance, and safety in the use of the vessels, as well as to assist in preserving the vessels with a maximum consideration for their cultural and historical value.
Hvide Sande Harbour is leading the local area's sustainable development by ensuring coexistence between the harbour and the town. We wish to contribute to openness and good communication with all customers and partners.
By investing in the green transition, while also operating an economically, efficient and socially responsible business, it enables investment in the harbour's infrastructure and areas as well as in the development of existing and new business areas.
