Hvide Sande Harbor is buzzing with life – work, experiences, nature, and people. Now we want to see your version of the harbor.
Therefore, we invite citizens, harbor users, and tourists to participate in our photo contest #myhvidesandehavn.

The winner will be selected by Hvide Sande Harbor among all valid entries and announced on Hvide Sande Harbor's Facebook and Instagram page. The winner will be contacted directly.

The contest ends on August 31, 2026.

1st place: Gift card 10,000 DKK that can be used for a summer house stay with Esmark from Rømø to Thorsminde,
2nd place: Gift card 5,000 DKK that can be used for a summer house stay with Esmark from Rømø to Thorsminde.

Your participation

The competition takes place on Instagram, and an Instagram account is therefore a prerequisite for participating in the competition.

A post = one participant. You may participate with multiple images.

The image must show your Hvide Sande Harbor, e.g.:

• Everyday life at the harbor
• Work, fishing, and boats
• Atmospheres, weather, and seasons
• Life, experiences, and moments

• The image must be the participant's own
• By participating, you grant Hvide Sande Harbor the right to share the image in its own communication (e.g., website, social media, printed material) – without time limitation and without compensation. The photographer retains copyright
• Images with recognizable people may only participate if consent has been given
• The competition is not sponsored, administered, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
